1. The two definitions are different

Foaming silicone: As the name suggests, this foaming method takes pure natural rubber as the main material, and then adds some other auxiliary materials, adds a specific foaming agent, and gets the corresponding product after a certain process.

EVA foam: It is a raw material produced by the copolymerization of ethylene (E) and z-ene acetate (VA), which is solid at room temperature, but will become a liquid with a certain viscosity after high temperature heating.

2. Different advantages

Foaming silicone features:

1. Silicone material has good sealing performance, high temperature resistance and weather resistance, anti-aging, shock-proof and waterproof, and can fit all kinds of smooth surface materials.

2, foam silicone rubber foam uniform, environmental protection, non-toxic no odor, good resilience, flexibility, no air bubbles without pores on the surface.

3, high strength, long service life, product insulation environmental protection, high and low temperature resistance, compression resistance, acid and alkali resistance, anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet.

4, good surface is not sticky, good air permeability.

EVA foam features:

1, dense bubble structure, no water absorption, moisture, good water resistance.

2, resistant to seawater, grease, acid, alkali and other chemicals corrosion, antibacterial, toxic, tasteless, pollution-free.

3, and easy to hot pressing, cutting, gluing, laminating and other processing.

4, high resilience and tension resistance, strong toughness, with good shock/buffer performance.
